In this day and age, stress is at an all time high and the physical health of so many is deteriorating.  Not only are people working more, but they are exercising even less!  Spring Pilates Wellness Center is a place for those who seek better health through the combination of a balanced exercise regimen and that elusive mind-body connection. We are a fully equipped Pilates studio that offers private, semi-private and group lessons on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector as well as group Pilates mat classes.

Our goal is to keep mental and physical wellness accessible and attainable.  Our certified instructors offer high calibur instruction at an affordable price. Our philosophy is that Pilates is for everyone.  In addition to our competitive individual session rates, we also offer great packages for those who are ready for a stronger commitment to the Pilates Method.  Moreover, we always have great introductory specials for new clients who want to find out if Spring Pilates can help them with their wellness goals. The majority of instructors at Spring offer a more contemporary, functional approach to the traditional Pilates repertoire. However, Spring also has Pilates Method and Power Pilates instructors on staff for those seeking a classical approach to their workouts. Our instructors are committed to providing dynamic instruction that upholds the original principles of Joseph and Clara Pilates and applies them to each person’s unique situation. Each client's individual needs and fitness goals are of the utmost importance, ---not everyone is the same!  The staff at Spring is also committed to continuing our Pilates education by attending several conferences, workshops and seminars every year.

Spring also offers a variety of classes that complement Pilates and enables clients to cross train effectively. Our philosophy is that balance is achieved when the body is continuously challenged-both physically and in spirit. We offer both meditative and fitness-oriented yoga, kettlebells, core ballet, stretch, cardio Pilates bosu and tai chi---all in a relaxed, community setting.

We also believe that it is important to maintain a balanced lifestyle outside of your fitness routine. Spring is dedicated to holding several workshops every year for those who are looking for ways to maintain a healthier way of life--from nutrition counseling to how to make greener choices for your family to self defense workshops and more.

Last But Not Least...

Spring Pilates also strongly emphasizes safety in the studio--in private equipment sessions, as well as in group exercise. We recommend checking with your physician before taking any of our group classes or private sessions.  We welcome working with your physician, physical therapist, rehabilitation specialist or nutritionist. Just have them give us a call!

Again, our philosophy at Spring Pilates Wellness Center is that wellness is for everyone.  No matter what your age, income, gender or fitness level and what wellness goals you are seeking, we are here to help you achieve them.
