Small Group Reformer Classes​​

  •  4 people max


  • Dedicated 1500sq/ft space


  •  6ft+ distance between you and your          neighbor at all times


  • ​ All equipment sanitized after each class


  •  No back-to-back classes


  • ​$25/class with monthly registration

        $30/class for a drop-in

We are putting our group classes on hold as of 11/20/20 due to state-wide COVID restrictions.

If you'd like to join a class once the restrictions are lifted, please contact us and we will reserve your spot!

Reformer(+) - Level 1/2
Experience all the benefits of Pilates with this full body workout focusing on alignment, strength, tone, and stability. We explore intermediate (and sometimes advanced) Pilates movements. We will use the Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair to build Pilates exercise progressions with smooth and flowing transitions.

Let's get the heart rate up and the abs burning with this fun Reformer class!
A fantastic alternative to get your cardio in without the high impact of running or the repetitive motion of biking. We will warm up and then start jumping, adding different variations and coordination movements to keep the class fun and challenging. We will focus on getting the heart rate up, we will challenge the lower body and abs and we will end with some well-deserved stretches.
