CLASS OFFERINGS

​​REFORMER (+) INTRO/LEVEL 1


This class is ideal for beginners of all fitness levels and does not require any prior experience.  We will focus on Pilates fundamentals, as well as, the safe and effective use of different Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Chair, and Tower. We will align, strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body and prepare a solid Pilates foundation to help you advance your practice to the next level.  Max class size is limited to 5 people allowing for personalized attention in a semi-private setting.

**​After completing 2-4 Intro/Level 1 classes, you will be ready to join our regular Level 2/3 classes.

PILATES MAT


Join us for this full body conditioning class that focuses on the body's "core" (abdominals and back muscles!). The Pilates Mat system is designed to align, strengthen, tone, and lengthen the body. We will show you modifications to make the exercises easier or more difficult so you can progress at your own pace!

Welcome to Spring Pilates!  Join us for a Private or a Reformer (+) session using our Reformers, Wunda Chairs and Pilates Towers. You can also just grab a mat and enjoy a Mat Pilates class!  We specialize in fusing complimentary disciplines such as Pilates, Gymnastic Strength Training, TRX, and Kettlebells training in our Personal Training sessions.

We will use the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair and Tower to build advanced Pilates exercise progressions with flowing and at times fast transitions.   Max class size is limited to 5 people allowing for personalized attention in a semi-private setting.



 **Pre-requisite:This is an advanced class and does require significant experience on the Pilates equipment.

In this class, we focus on full body alignment, strength, tone, and stability as we explore intermediate (and sometimes advanced) Pilates movements. We will use the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Tower to build complex Pilates exercise progressions with smooth and flowing transitions.  Max class size is limited to 5 people allowing for personalized attention in a semi-private setting.




 **Pre-requisite: Completion of 2 Privates OR 2-4 Intro/Level 1 Reformer(+) Classes.
